Sultão ships across the United Arab Emirates only. Orders are dispatched from our UAE stock, so nothing crosses a border and there are no customs charges to pay on arrival.
Cost
- AED 25 flat rate on all UAE orders.
- Free delivery on orders over AED 250.
Delivery times
Working days, counted from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

Checkout quotes the full 2–5 business day range because it cannot know your emirate until you enter an address.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the courier collects your parcel. If it has not arrived within the window above, email hello@tokobr.com with your order number and we will chase it.
Warranty and returns
Every Sultão product carries a 12-month warranty. Electronics may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, and we provide a return shipping label for UAE orders. Full terms are on our returns policy page.
