About duties: chocolate and dates are classified as confectionery by most customs authorities. Brazil and non-EU European countries may charge an import duty + VAT on receipt. Tâmara cannot pre-pay duties for these regions, but we mark every parcel clearly to keep clearance fast.

Returns

Because chocolate is perishable, we cannot accept opened returns. If your box arrives damaged or out of temperature, photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and email concierge@tamara.example — we replace or refund without question.
