Where we ship, and when it arrives.

Cold-chain is automatic when the destination temperature is forecast above 28°C. All chocolate is shipped in insulated mailers between May and September.

Where we deliver: we currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Orders are dispatched Sunday to Thursday and tracked to the door.

Returns

Because chocolate is perishable, we cannot accept opened returns. If your box arrives damaged or out of temperature, photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and email hello@tokobr.com — we replace or refund without question.
